ON THE NIGHT of his 100th cap, Munster's Peter O'Mahony says the scuffle with Scottish players just as the second-half began is "all part and parcel of rugby, it's a physical game."

The back-rower is the tenth Irish player to gain 100 caps while playing for his country and after another incredible display in the green colours, O'Mahony was as fresh as ever.

"They were in the press beforehand saying they were going to knock us off our winning streak and how they had worked us out and I don't think they did tonight."

While he may be physical on the pitch, Peter seemed collected and calm as he enjoyed sharing the pitch with his children after Ireland's win.

The team now face New Zealand in the quarter-finals and O'Mahony said "I am just going to enjoy the next 60 minutes after that win and we will turn the page tomorrow and concentrate on another big week ahead."
