Munster Rugby issue squad injury update ahead of Barbarian fixtures at Thomond Park

THE Munster Rugby men’s and women’s squads are preparing for this Saturday’s double-header against Barbarians at Thomond Park.

The Munster Women kick-off at 2pm with the Munster Men facing the Barbarians for the first time at 4.30pm.

For the men's team, Andrew Conway has been ruled out due to a hand injury and is expected to return during the early rounds of the URC campaign.

On the women’s injury front, Deirbhile Nic a Bháird is unavailable due to a knock picked up in an Ireland training game at the weekend.

Eimear Considine and Nicole Cronin will also miss out due to injury.
