THE GAA has confirmed the match referee for Limerick's All-Ireland senior hurling semi-final with Galway at Croke Park on Sunday.

The GAA announced the referees for both of next weekend's All-Ireland SHC Semi-Finals at Croke Park this Monday.

On Saturday evening (6pm) Wexford official James Owens will take charge of Limerick's clash against Galway. The game is live on RTE2.

That game forms part of a double header with Antrim versus Tipperary in the Glen Dimplex All-Ireland Senior Camogie Championship Quarter-Final between Antrim and Tipperary.

The following afternoon (4pm) the All-Ireland SHC Semi-Final involving Kilkenny and Clare will be refereed by Cork's Colm Lyons. At 1.30pm on Sunday Cork face Kilkenny in what promises to be an interesting Glen Dimplex All-Ireland Senior Camogie Championship Quarter-Final.
