LIMERICK'S opening Co-Op Superstores Munster Hurling League fixture of 2026 against local rivals Clare this Saturday is now sold out.
The group fixture is set to go ahead at Tulla on Saturday at 2pm.
Munster GAA indicated that capacity for both Co-Op Superstores Munster Hurling League games on Saturday between Clare and Limerick in Tulla and the Clonmel Sportsfield meeting of All-Ireland champions Tipperary and Waterford respectively would be limited to a maximum of 2,000 supporters.

Munster GAA then confirmed on New Year's Eve that this weekend's hurling fixture between Clare and Limerick has sold out.
Admission will be by ticket only, including Under 16s. Hurling fans have been advised not travel to the game without a ticket in order to avoid disappointment.

Meanwhile, Limerick senior footballers open their McGrath Cup campaign with a home game against Tipperary at Mick Neville Park in Rathkeale this Friday, January 2 at 7pm.
Munster GAA have indicated that tickets for Friday’s McGrath Cup game in Rathkeale will be available via the usual outlets and tap and go facilities will be available for the game.
