LIMERICK SENIOR HURLING CHAMPIONSHIP GROUP ONE

Doon v Na Piarsaigh on Saturday in Kilmallock at 7pm

DOON and Na Piarsaigh meet in a repeat of last year's county final where Derek McGrath's side won out by a point last October. 

Doon's Adam English enjoyed an impressive inter-county season, Barry Murphy got gametime in defence. Meanwhile, Eddie Stokes was drafted into the Limerick panel on the back of his club season and Darragh O'Donovan was able to put his injury struggles behind him.The East Limerick club have benefited from having Richie English available all year round.

Former Na Piarsaigh football manager Micheal Lynch and Thomas Downes have been added to the Na Piarsaigh backroom team.

Vince Harrington and Dylan Lynch were drafted into John Kiely's squad. Goalkeeper Shane Dowling made his return to inter- county hurling .William O'Donoghue, and Mike and Peter Casey make up a strong spine for the city side.
