Kildimo Pallaskenry turn attention to Munster Junior B Hurling Championship

AFTER winning this this year's Limerick junior B hurling championship, Kildimo Pallaskenry will now switch their focus to the Munster championship. 

The city based club face St Brendan's of Kerry today at 12pm in the Munster junior B hurling championship quarter-final in Killeedy GAA grounds. Cappawhite will face the winners of this clash on January 11 in the Munster semi-final. 

Kildimo Pallasknery narrowly defeated Ballybrown 2-13 to 1-14 in the county final on November 3. Aaron O'Donovan and Cian Hayes impressed scoring 1-9 out of their side's 2-13. 

Every year, Killeedy GAA grounds in County Limerick host the Munster and Leinster junior B hurling championship. After the provincial series, the competition then goes onto an All-Ireland series which also take places in Killeedy GAA grounds. 

Two Limerick teams have won the All-Ireland junior B hurling championship.

Doon won the All-Ireland junior B hurling championship in 2014/2014, while Monaleen lifted the All-Ireland title last year.
