ONLY one team remains unbeaten in the Lyons of Limerick County Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship, with Newcastle West holding onto top spot thanks to three wins in the competition to date.
Effin are the only other team that have played three games in the campaign with a number of back fixtures which were rescheduled to be played over the next week.
Garryspillane were beaten by Granagh-Ballingarry in one of those rescheduled fixtures on Wednesday night, but still currently sit second in the championship table with two wins from three games against Blackrock and Effin.
This was Granagh-Ballingarry first win of the championship and a vital victory for the side after three tough games.
Elsewhere Blackrock and Bruff will play their rescheduled fixture from round one on Friday, August 23 also in Kilmallock at 6:30pm.
Blackrock had an impressive victory over Na Piarsaigh last weekend to get their first win of the championship, while Bruff fell short in their game against Newcastle West.
The rest of the teams will take a break from action for two weeks as the third round of fixtures begin on Thursday, August 29.
Glenroe and Granagh Ballingarry are the only two teams without a win so far in the championship with Newcastle West topping the table after three games.
