THE draws for the 2024 AIB Munster Club Hurling and Football Championships took place at a meeting of the Munster CCC last week.
In Senior Hurling, the Limerick County Champions will have a home fixture versus the Waterford representatives in the Quarter-Final with the Tipperary champions awaiting the winner in the Semi-Final. In the other semi-final, the Cork representatives will host the Clare champions.
By virtue of reaching the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Final, Clare and Cork received a bye to the semi-final of the three Munster Club Hurling Championships.
In Senior Football, Clare’s champions will host Limerick champions in the first Quarter-Final with the Tipperary champions awaiting the winner in the Semi-Final. At the other side of the draw, the Kerry representatives will host the Cork representatives in a Quarter-Final with the Waterford champions awaiting the winner in the Semi-Final.
The AIB Munster Club Championships will get underway on the weekend of November 2-3 with all six Munster Club Finals scheduled for the first two weekends of December. All games will be played to a result on the day.
