BRUFF'S Jack Bennett enjoyed his first winner as a trainer when the Philip Donovan-ridden Dancing After Dark took the three-mile opportunity handicap hurdle at Limerick on Tuesday of last week

The 16/1 shot, owned by the Kate Costello & Brothers Syndicate, came from off the pace to lead after the third-last hurdle and she was well on top in beating the Martin Lynch-trained Mini Getaway by four and a half lengths.

Rathkeale trainer Eric McNamara and local jockey Callum Hogan were on the mark as Hees Dynamite won the two-mile five-furlong handicap hurdle in determined fashion.

The John Earls-owned 15/8 favourite landed his second course and distance success when making all the running to beat the Eamonn Gallagher-trained 9/2 chance Onefortheditch by a length.

Ridden once again by Ballingarry jockey Billy Lee, the Pat Flynn-trained Shaaden was the winner of the second division of the seven-furlong handicap at Dundalk on Wednesday last.

The four-year-old followed up on her win over the same course and distance at the beginning of month with a two and a half-length success over the Andy Slattery-trained Harry The Rogue at odds of 5/4 favorite.

Purview ran out a thoroughly impressive winner of the eight-furlong two-year-old maiden for Shanagolden jockey Chris Hayes, Dermot Weld and owner/breeders Juddmonte.

A strong 7/4 favourite, the juvenile led after two furlongs and went clear over a furlong out to win by two and three-parts of a length from Adrian Murray’s 5/1 chance What’s Your Game. Billy Lee gained his second winner of the week when teaming up with Murray to take the opening division over the two-year-old fillies’ maiden with the 5/4 favourite Carolina Jetstream.

She led early in the straight and held the Joseph O’Brien-trained 2/1 chance Dancing Teapot by three-parts of a length.
