Man arrested and charged with burglary in County Limerick

GARDAI have arrested and charged a man in connection with a burglary in County Limerick.

Gardai arrested the man in his 20s following a burglary at a house in Croom that took place on February 8, a spokesperson said this Thursday morning.

“Shortly after 5pm, Gardaí received a report of a break in at house in Croom. A vehicle which was parked outside the home was also broken into. Gardai carried out an investigation and arrested a man in his 20s yesterday, February 20,” said the spokesperson.

The man was detained at Newcastle West Garda Station and has since been charged to appear before Newcastle West District Court this Thursday morning.
