The Absolute Hotel took the award for best value hotel at the National Hospitality Awards in Dublin
THE team at Limerick’s Absolute Hotel was celebrating this Monday after winning in its category at the National Hospitality Awards in Dublin.
The city establishment won Best Value Hotel at the industry awards which were held in Dublin’s Shelbourne Hotel.
The Absolute’s general manager Donnacha Hurley told the Limerick Leader, “We’re really proud of winning this award, because value for money is all about exceeding expectations.
“This award endorses the focus we have on providing an amazing experience for our guests with a really friendly team delivering great service at a great price.”
The Absolute’s marketing manager Michelle Normoyle was on hand at the renowned Dublin venue to accept the award.
Other Limerick successes at the awards included distributors Pallas Foods for Best Catering Supplier (general) and Masterchefs Hospitality at Thomond Park for Best Catering Job.
The Limerick Strand Hotel (Best Conference Venue), 1826 Adare (Best Dining Experience), and Jerry Flannery’s (Best Sporting Bar) all showed up well in their respective categories at the awards.
Limerick native Charlie Chawke was also among the winners with his Chawke Pub Group winning the award for Best Bar Group.
