DELL EMC, University of Limerick and the Limerick Chamber have announced that their successful Business Leaders Series from 2017 is being rolled out again this year.

The Limerick Chamber Regional Leaders’ programme was hugely successful in 2017 with five events and 150 participants from a broad range of indigenous companies across the Mid-West business community.

A number of mentoring sessions have also been successfully organised over the past year. The series of events in 2018 promises to be similarly popular and insightful, with the first event of 2018 taking place at the Dell EMC Limerick campus.

Clive Bellows, Executive Vice President of Corporate and Institutional Services at Northern Trust delivered the first leadership talk of the series.

“It’s great to be part of this programme that brings the business community together,” he said.

“In my career over 30 years, I have experienced many different types of leaders and various techniques can work for different people. For me, leadership is not about a title or a designation but more about impact, influence and inspiration.

"It’s about helping your team to become leaders and not just followers. I hope to have motivated today’s participants to become impactful, influential and inspirational leaders in their businesses.”
