Traffic warning after major oil spill stretching 48km from Limerick into Kerry

The oil spill has taken place on the N21 between Abbeyfeale and Killarney

MOTORISTS travelling in West Limerick are being advised to exercise extreme caution following an oil spill near Abbeyfeale.

A serious fuel spillage has been reported on the N21 from Abbeyfeale through to Brennan’s Glen, just north of Killarney town.

The distance of this stretch of road is approximately 48 kilometres.
