Members of Irish Soccer Women's Squad
LIMERICK Sky shops will stream the Republic of Ireland’s group matches in their flagship store in the Crescent Shopping Centre.
The game’s which take place July 20, 26 and 31 will be streamed live for free to encourage fans to get behind the team in their first ever world cup.
Ireland will go up against Australia, Canada and Nigeria in their group stages of the competition.
Sky Ireland, the team’s primary partner, will also offer In-store festivities ahead of match kick-off in each store and include former Women’s National Team players, face painters, cupcakes and much more.
Speaking about the watch parties Head of Retail at Sky Ireland, Kevin Halpin said “This is a momentous occasion for women’s football in Ireland and we are thrilled to be able to bring Irish football fans together to cheer on this amazing squad.”
