Historic Limerick building gets new lease of life

A FORMER church in Limerick city centre, which was once used as a temporary courthouse, is to received a new lease of life.

Gray Offices, a serviced-office provider, has announced it's to expand its services to the historic Red Church building, at the junction of Henry Street and Lower Mallow Street.

The move represents an investment in the local economy and is expected to create new job opportunities for the region.

Gray Offices' turnkey office solutions will enable businesses to focus on running their operations while benefiting from high-end serviced office space equipped with state- of-the-art services, including fibre broadband, enterprise WiFi networking and VoIP infrastructure.

Once it opens, the new Red Church location will offer a range of workstations, including offices on the ground floor, co-
working desks on the mezzanine level, and a Landing Pad Space on the basement level that comes with its own external entrance.

The Red Church building itself is a stunning example of Early English Gothic Revival architecture, featuring a Ruabon brick and Portland stone finish and intricate stone carvings and ornamentation.
