Minister Patrick O'Donovan of Fine Gael was the first TD to be elected in the Limerick County constituency after he retained his seat on the first count - read full story here.

The final result for the Limerick County constituency was declared by deputy returning officer, Kieran Lehane, shortly after 2am on Sunday.
