Three standout fixtures take place in Limerick Senior Football Championship this evening

THREE games take place in the Irish Wire Products Limerick Senior Football Championship this evening. Oola take on Fr Casey's in the final game in group one on Saturday evening in Kilmallock at 7pm.

In group one, Oola recorded a comfortable victory Na Piarsaigh in the opening round of the SFC. Doon senior hurlers Eoin Fitzgibbon, Eddie Stokes and Mikey O'Brien have lined out with Oola this year. Limerick goalkeeper Josh Ryan played outfield for the east Limerick in round one. 

Meanwhile, last year's county finalists Fr Casey's suffered a heavy defeat to Adare in round one. Fr Casey’s were without the services of Sean Kilbridge, Eliah Riordan, Martin Scannell, Adrian Enright, and Fiachra Cotter in round one.

Last year's county semi-finalists Mungret St Paul's meet Galtee Gaels in Hospital on Saturday evening at 7pm. Darragh O'Hagan sat out Mungret's opening two games in the senior hurling championship through injury.

Galtee Gaels and St Kieran's both face a four day turnaround after meeting in round one this week. 

St Kieran's recorded a victory over Galtee Gaels on Tuesday evening in Ballyagran. Ballylanders take on St Kierans at 7pm on Saturday evening in Ballyagran.
