SUPPORTERS cheered the University of Limerick to a 3-8 to 0-14 victory over the University of Galway in round three of the Sigerson Cup on Tuesday evening in Maguires Fields.
Two goals from Cian O'Grady and a goal from Cian McHale proved to be the difference as UL booked their place into the quarter-finals of the Sigerson Cup.
The Castletroy College face TU Dublin on Tuesday evening at 7pm in Grangegorman. Limerick's Cormac Woulfe and Darragh O'Hagan are part of the UL Sigerson Cup team.
