University of Limerick's round three Sigerson Cup opponents revealed

UNIVERSITY of Limerick have been drawn against University of Galway in round three of the Sigerson Cup. The round three clash takes place in Maguires Field on Tuesday evening.

UL started off their Sigerson Cup camapign with a comprehensive victory over ATU Galway. Last Wednesday, Ulster University narrowly defeated the Castletroy college 1-10 to 1-9 in round two of the Sigerson Cup. 

Vice-Captain Cormac Woulfe of St Senan's and Mungret St Paul's Darragh O'Hagan have been in impressive form for UL. 

University of Limerick are managed by Newcastle West’s Declan Brouder and Seanie Buckley of Dromcollogher Broadford is also part of the backroom team.

Their opponents University of Galway were defeated by TU Dublin in round one. The Galway college got their Sigerson Cup campaign back on track against Queens in round two. 

MTU Cork face MTU Kerry, DCU host ATU Sligo and Maynooth University take on St Mary's in the three remaining games in round three of the Sigerson Cup. 

UCD, Ulster University, TUS Midlands and TU Dublin have all advanced directly into the quarter-finals.
