St Kieran's turn attention to Munster Junior B Football Championship

THE 2024 Munster Junior B Football Competition coordinated by Knockaderry GAA will kick off on Sunday January 19. Again, this year the competition is being hosted by Castletown Ballyagran GAA Club as the grounds in Knockaderry are undergoing major refurbishment. 

Limerick Junior B champions St Kieran's will take part in this year's competition. Roanmore of Waterford will face St Kieran's on January 26 in the Munster B Football Championship quarter-final. The winners will face Goleen of Cork in the semi-final. 

Burgess of Tipperary meet Wolfe Tones of Clare in the second Munster B Football Championship quarter-final. The winners take on Beale of Kerry in the semi-final. 

The final takes place on February 16. 
 
All 6 counties, Clare, Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Tipperary and Waterford are represented. There will be 2 quarter-finals, followed by 2 semi-finals with the semi final winners playing in the final. 
 
The draw and dates for the competition has been made and are as follows.

Quarter Final 1

Burgess (Tipperary) v Wolfe Tones (Clare) in Ballyagran at 2.00pm

Sunday January 26

Quarter Final 2

St Kierans (Limerick) v Roanmore (Waterford) in Ballyagran at 2.00pm

Sunday February 2

Semi Final 1

Beale (Kerry) v Burgess (Tipperary) OR Wolfe Tones (Clare) in Ballyagran at 2.00pm

Sunday February 9

Semi Final 2

Goleen (Cork) v St Kierans (Limerick) OR Roanmore (Waterford) in Ballyagran at 2.00pm

Sunday February 16
