SIX teams remain in the hunt to win the Limerick senior football championship title.

Na Piarsaigh take on Fr Casey's, while Adare face Galtee Gaels in this year's SFC quarter-finals.

Mungret St Paul's and reigning county champions Newcastle West have advanced directly into the SFC semi-finals after both clubs finished top of group one and group two.

Na Piarsaigh's draw with Adare on Saturday evening in Clarina secured the Caherdavin sides place into the last six.
Evan Egan nailed a free late on in the game as Michael Lynch's side shared the spoils with Adare.

Adare's draw was enough to see last year's county finalists finish in second place in group one.

Fr Casey's cruised to a comprehensive victory over Galtee Gaels.

The league champions’ 12-point victory on Friday evening meant that Fr Casey's finish in second-place in group two.
St Kieran's missed out on qualification to the knockout stages after they were defeated by Mungret St Paul's.

Monaleen got the better of Ballylanders in a do-or-die championship clash which saw the Castletroy side retain their senior staus.

Ballylanders will now face Ballysteen in the relegation final.

The quarter-finals of the SFC take place on the weekend of September 27.

Both winners will advance into the semi-finals with Mungret-St Paul's and Newcastle West.
