SUPPORTERS braved the wet weather for the opening round of the Irish Wire Products Ltd County Senior Football Championship between Monaleen and Adare at Mungret GAA grounds.
Adare registered their first victory of the championship with a 1-13 to 2-4 win over the Castletroy club.
