THE ALL-IRELAND winning Limerick Masters football side are back in action this Saturday afternoon when they take on Clare in a charity game in aid of Milford Hospice.

The fixtures, which takes place at Maguries Field at the University of Limerick, will be the final outing for the side that won the Spirit Cup in their first year of existence. They beat Armagh after extra time in the final last month.

The Limerick management and panel of players are hopeful of a big crowd attending today's game so that as much as possible can be raised for Milford. The game has a 2pm start in UL and donations can be made at the entrance to the field.

Limerick masters host their victory social at the Woodlands House Hotel next month on Friday, November 17.
