LIMERICK'S Masters footballers are basking in All-Ireland glory following their 'Spirit Cup' final victory over Armagh in Kiltoom, Co Roscommon on Saturday.
Anthony McCarthy's men earned a 2-14 to 1-13 win after extra-time. Limerick held a 1-5 to 0-5 lead at half time but Armagh were the better side for large parts of the second half.
However, Limerick managed to come back in the final stages to force the extra-time. Final score at the end of regular time was 1-11 apiece.

Limerick were by far the better side in the extra-time, outscoring their opponents by 1-3 to 0-2 to earn the stunning victory in their first year of existence.
