THE UNIVERSITY of Limerick go in search of a third O'Connor Cup title in a row when they face DCU in the decider at the University of Galway Connacht GAA Air Dome this afternoon.

UL are searching for their third title on the bounce in the marquee college's ladies football competition and are in their eighth successive final.

The DJ Collins and Niall O'Meara trained side have plenty of stars to call on and are firm favourites heading into the decider following their comprehensive win over Queens University Belfast in yesterday's semi-final.

Boasting the likes of Aoife Molloey (Galway), Erika O'Shea (Cork), Siofra O'Shea (Kerry) and Erone Fitzpatrick (Laois), UL are in pole position to earn a 14th O'Connor Cup.

The game with DCU has a 4.15pm throw-in and is live on the Ladies Gaelic Football YouTube channel
