Deirdre Ní Chinnéide, guidance counsellor, said: “What makes this careers fair special is the depth of connection behind it. Many of those giving their time have a personal link to St Munchin’s College; as past pupils, parents or long-standing supporters.

“Staff have also gone above and beyond, reaching into their own professional networks to widen the opportunities for our students. There is a real passion here to ensure that every young man sees a pathway that is both achievable and inspiring.”

Lorraine Shiels, deputy principal added: “At St Munchin’s College, we want our students to grow in all ways; not just academically, but as young men of character, confidence and leadership. Events like this bring that to life.

“It’s about giving them real conversations, real role models and real options. The energy around this year’s fair shows just how much our school community believes in supporting our boys as they take their next steps.”

Students have also been actively involved in promoting and supporting the organisation of the event, reflecting the school’s strong emphasis on responsibility and leadership in action.

The Careers Fair continues to strengthen the ties between the college, industry and the wider Limerick community, ensuring students are well prepared for the future.
