The death has occurred of Fr Anthony (Tony) Bluett, Effin, Ardpatrick, Limerick Diocese and formerly of Orlando, USA on February 9 very peacefully in the kind and tender care of all at Milford Care Centre, Limerick.

Predeceased by his parents Tom and Nora (nee Watson), brother Tom and nephew Jim.

Very deeply regretted by Bishops Brendan Leahy and John Fleming, his brother priests in both dioceses, his sisters Joan (O'Brien) and Helen (O'Shea), his brothers Fr. Garry, Fr. John, Fr. Jim and Fr. Pat, nieces, nephews, extended family, parishoners and his many friends.

Reposing this Tuesday evening, February 10, from 4pm, at J McCarthy & Sons Funeral Home, Kilfinane, V35 E791, followed by evening prayers at 7pm. Concelebrated Requiem Mass, Wednesday, February 11 at 2pm in Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Effin, V35 FC89 followed by burial afterwards to Effin Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Ellen 'Eileen' Farrell (née Hanly), Herbertstown, Limerick, peacefully on Friday, January 23 at Stepping Hill Hospital, Stockport. 

Eileen, aged 78 and of Hazel Grove, Stockport, formerly of Herbertstown, Co Limerick was predeceased by her beloved husband, Kevin, brothers Conor and Jerry and sisters Betty and Noreen.

Eileen will be deeply missed and forever loved by her sons, Keith and Kieron, daughter, Áine, grandchildren Annie, Méabh and JJ, daughter in law, Elizabeth, son-in-law John, sisters, Breda, Kathleen and Mary, nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters in law, dearest family and friends and everyone who loved and knew her.

Removal at 8pm on Thursday, February 26 to St Peter's RC Church, Hazel Grove. Requiem Mass to be held on Friday, February 27 at 12 noon followed by committal at Stockport Crematorium.

The death has occurred of Meacham, Norman, Cappamore, County Limerick, formerly of Liverpool, England and Canada, peacefully on February 6. 

Predeceased by his beloved wife Collette, whom he loved and missed dearly.

Sadly missed by his sons David, Ivan and Richard and daughter Vivian, son-in-law Stephen and daughters-in-law Kate, Siobhan and Elizabeth. Norman was a devoted and proud grandfather to his 10 grandchildren, Aidan, Liam, Declan, Aine, Jamie, Holly, Alex, Ruby-May, Dylan and Leo who brought him enormous joy. Dear brother of Doreen and Eileen and will be missed greatly by extended family, nieces, nephews and friends. 

Reposing at Meehan’s Funeral Home, Cappamore, on Thursday, February 12 from 6 o’clock, with removal at 8 o’clock to St Michael’s Church, Cappamore. Requiem Mass will take place on Friday, February 13 at 11:30am.

A cremation will take place afterwards at Shannon Crematorium, Co Clare at 2pm.
