THE death has occurred of Mary Clancy

Of Garryowen. Retired Paediatric Nurse, University Hospital Galway.

Peacefully in University Hospital Limerick, in the presence of her loving family, on November 13, 2025.

Pre-deceased by her parents Denis and Phyllis, brother-in-law Dermot and grandniece Orlaith.

Mary will be sadly missed by her family, sisters Eileen (Counihan), Jennifer (Hogan), brother-in-law Patrick, nieces Sarah, Elaine, Genevieve and Michelle, nephew Philip, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Rest in peace

Reposing at Griffin’s Funeral Home, John’s Gate, on Sunday, November 16, from 4pm to 5.30pm. Funeral arriving to St John’s Cathedral, on Monday, November 17, for requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Mount St Oliver Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Catherine (Kay) Crowe

Of Willsbrook, Dooradoyle

Peacefully in the tender care of Milford Care Centre, surrounded by her loving family, on November 13, 2025.

Pre-deceased by her parents Jack and Catherine and siblings Cyril, Tom, Theresa, Mary (Gallivan), Pearl (Moore).

Kay will be sadly missed by Margaret (Furey), her nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, extended family and friends.

Arriving at St Nessan’s Church, Raheen on Saturday, November 15, for requiem Mass at 11am. Funeral afterwards to Shannon Crematorium for 1pm service.

The death has occurred of Angela Geary (née Tynan)

Of Merval Drive, Clareview and formerly of Sexton Street and Kilkee, Co Clare.

On November 13, 2025 peacefully at the Ennis Road Care Facility.

Predeceased by her husband Michael, sister Maureen and brother Charlie. Beloved mother of Robbie and Tony. Sadly missed by her sons Robbie and Tony, sisters Francis and Kay, daughter-in-law Catherine, Tony’s partner Ruth, her cherished grandchildren Grace and Aaron, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street on Monday, November 17, from 4.30pm to 6pm. Funeral arriving at Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Ennis Road on Tuesday, November 18 for requiem Mass at 11am followed by burial in Mount St Oliver Cemetery.

Of Galtee View, Hospital and Kilteely

On November 13, 2025, peacefully, at Milford Care Centre, Limerick. Predeceased by his father Patrick, mother Annie, brother Tom and father-in-law, Mike Ryan. Sadly missed by his loving wife Mary, son Gary, daughters Carol and Sharon, grandchildren, daughter-in-law Barbara, son-in-law Kevin and Carol's partner Ken. Mother-in-law Nellie, brothers and sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, uncle Mikey O' Dwyer, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May Gerry rest in peace

Reposing at his residence, V35 C963 on Sunday, November 16, from 5pm to 7pm. Gerry's funeral Mass will take place on Monday at 11.30am in St. John the Baptist Church, Hospital and can be viewed online at https://churchcamlive.ie/hospitalherbertstown/

Burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, can be made to Milford Care Centre here. House private please until 5pm Sunday evening.

Peacefully, at home, on November 13, 2025, in the presence of his family.

Sean will be sadly missed by his loving family, parents Jack and Doreen, children Lorraine and Ian, granddaughter Willow, brothers Anthony and Craig, sisters-in-law Josepha and Deirdre, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

The death has occurred of Tony Browne

Of Bournemouth, Britain, and formerly of Church Street, Abbeyfeale. Passed away peacefully October 10, 2025 with his wife by his side.

Tony is predeceased by his parents Robert (Bob) and Maureen.

Tony is very sadly missed by his loving wife Mary, brother Georgie, sisters Sheila and Hilda, brothers-in-law Jerry (Flynn) and Neilly (Horan), sister-in-law Margaret (Browne), nephews, nieces, cousins all his other relatives and a large circle of friends.

Requiem Mass for Tony will be celebrated in the Church of The Assumption, Abbeyfeale on Saturday, November 15, at 11.00am followed by interment of ashes in Reilig Íde Naofa, Abbeyfeale.
