The death has occurred of Elizabeth (Elsa) Shorten (née Greer), Caherdavin, Limerick.
In her 93rd year, passed away peacefully, at University Hospital Limerick, in the presence of her family, on 9th November 2025.
Predeceased by her husband Jack and daughter Ruth.
Elsa will be sadly missed by her heartbroken family, sons, John and Derek, daughter Tracy, daughters-in-law Ann and Mary, son-in-law Seamus, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brother Arthur, sister-in-law Mary, nieces, nephews, relatives, her kind carers, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Griffin’s Funeral Home, John’s Gate, on Tuesday, 11th November, from 5pm to 6.30pm, followed by Removal to Christ the King Church, Caherdavin.
Requiem Mass will take place on Wednesday,12th November, at 11.30 am.
Burial afterwards in Mount St. Lawrence Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Jeremiah (Jerry) Savage (retired Publican), Chapel Street, Tarbert, Co. Kerry and formerly of Dromcollogher, Co. Limerick.
Jerry passed away peacefully in the presence of his loving family at University Hospital Kerry on November 7th 2025.
Jerry is predeceased by his loving wife Joan (nee Naughton), his parents and his siblings.
Jerry will be fondly remembered and missed by his sisters-in-law, his brothers-in-law, his nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family, relatives, neighbours, friends and his former customers over the years.

Jerry will repose at St. Mary’s Funeral Home, Tarbert, on this Sunday evening (November 9th) from 6pm until 8pm. Jerry’s Funeral Cortege will arrive at St. Mary’s Church, Tarbert on this Monday morning at 10:45am for Requiem Mass at 11am. Interment to follow at St. Mary’s New Cemetery.

Although domiciled here in the Kingdom, for over 40 years, Jerry’s loyalty for his native Treaty County never weaned. He was passionate about Limerick Hurling and relished the success of 2018, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.

The death has occurred of Muiris Ó Floinn, Rathfarnham, Dublin / Limerick, peacefully in Tallaght University Hospital on the 28th October 2025.
Beloved husband of Toiréasa and loving father of Sorcha and Ciar. Very sadly missed by his wife and children Sorcha (Mike RIP) and Ciar, his brother Pádraig, sisters-in-law Rita and Pauline, his loving grandchild Kerrie-Jo, nieces and nephews, the wider family and friends.

November 8th 2025 peacefully at the Ennis Road Care Facility.
Predeceased by her brothers Tadgh, Conor and nephew Pat. Sadly missed by her loving sister Helen (Jones), brothers Sean and Tom, brother-in-law Liam, sisters-in-law Frances and Marie, nephews, nieces, cousins, grandnephews, grandnieces, close friend Sr. Vera Hehir, the Salesian congregation, relatives, neighbours and many friends.
