The death has occurred of Niall Edwards of Assumpta Park, Limerick and late of St Munchin's Community Centre.

Passed away, peacefully, at Milford Care Centre, surrounded by his loving family, on Thursday, June 26.

Predeceased by parents Mary and Paddy and sister Patricia.

Very deeply regretted by siblings Tony, Junior, Sylvia, Kenneth, Mary, Ann, Majella and Paul, nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, other relatives, friends and neighbours.

Niall's family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of Milford Care Centre for their exceptional care and his colleagues at St Munchin's Community Centre for their support.

Funeral arrangements to be announced later.

The death has occurred of John O'Connor of New York and Markievicz Park, Athea.

Passed away, peacefully, after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by his loving and devoted family, on Sunday, June 15.

John is predeceased by his parents, Mike and Bridget, Markievicz Park, Athea and his baby daughter Megan.

John will be sadly missed by his wife Paula, his children Peter and Chloe, their mother Catherine, Paula's children Kristina, Sinéad and Ciaran, brother Michael, sisters Mary, Nora and Tricia, granddaughter Megan, niece Rachel, nephews Niall and Oisin, son-in-law Eddie, brother-in-law Karl, The Coyle family, aunts, uncles, cousins, neighbours, devoted friends and valued work colleagues.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated for John in St Bartholomew's Church, Athea, on Friday, July 11 at 3pm.

It will be livestreamed here.

Internment of ashes will take place afterwards in the family plot, Holycross Cemetery, Athea.

The death has occurred of Bridget (Rose) Walsh née O'Dwyer of Doon, Limerick city and Clonskeagh, Dublin

Passed away, peacefully, in the care of St Vincent’s University Hospital, on Wednesday, June 25.

Beloved wife of the late Eamon and much loved mother of Teresa and Jonathan. Very sadly missed by her loving family, daughter-in-law Sarah, much loved grandson James, sisters Margaret and Marie, brother-in-law Eddie, nieces, nephews, grandnephews, relatives and friends.

Predeceased by her much loved brother Paddy.

Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum on Friday evening, June 27 from 5pm to 7pm.

Removal on Saturday morning, June 28 to the Church of the Miraculous Medal, Bird Avenue arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am followed by cremation at Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross.

The death has occurred of William John (Wally) O'Connor of London and late of Shanagolden, Co Limerick.

William passed away, peacefully, at St Mary’s Hospital, London on Monday, June 16.

Predeceased by his parents Jack and Josie and good friend Billy Bond.

Deeply regretted by his sister Patsy, cousins and large circle of friends in both UK and Ireland to include his good friend Tommy Crowe in London.

Requiem Mass on Saturday, June 28 at 12 noon in St Senan’s Church Shanagolden and will be live-streamed followed by burial afterwards in local cemetery.

Family flowers only please and also house private.
