On May 25, peacefully at home, in the tender care of her devoted sister Nora.

The death has taken place of Phyllis McCooke nee McNamara, Mountscribe, Kinvara, Co. Galway and formally of Ballynanty, Co. Limerick.
On May 26 after a long illness at UHG. She is predeceased by our parents Jim and Phyllis, brother Stephen and sister Ann.
She will be sadly missed by her loving family, husband Patrick, son Kevin and daughter Christina. Her grandson Glen, and Christina’s partner Paul.
