The death has occurred of Anthony (Tony) Lane

Cypress Avenue, Mount Arbour, Dooradoyle and formerly of Rathmale, Mungret, Co. Limerick

Ex nursing staff of Limerick Mental Health Services

On July 22nd 2024, peacefully, at Milford Care Centre, surrounded by his family.

Pre-deceased by his parents Mae and Dan Lane

Very deeply regretted by his loving wife Marie, stepchildren Aoife and Bud (Tadg), grandson River, brothers John and Damien, sisters Mary and Gemma, nieces, son-in-law Neil, daughter-in-law Kate, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, extended family, friends and neighbours.

May he Rest in Peace

In line with Tony's wishes, a private funeral has taken place.

A sincere thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff of Milford Care Centre and University Hospital Limerick in particular the Renal Unit.

The death has occurred of Bernie Ryan (née Higgins)

Newtown, Caherconlish, Co. Limerick and late of 100 Acres East, Caherconlish, Co. Limerick.

Late staff of FDC, Limerick.

On July 25th 2024, suddenly, at The Mater Private Hospital Cork.

Very deeply regretted by her loving husband James, son Adam, daughter Sophie, parents Tom and Marian, brother Thomas, sister Caroline (Australia), mother-in-law Kathleen and her partner Mike, sister-in-law, brothers-in-law, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and a large circle of friends.

May she Rest in Peace

Reposing at Cross's Funeral Home, Ballyneety [V94A7Y3] on Sunday, July 28th, from 5pm to 7.30pm.

Funeral will arrive on Monday, July 29th, at Our Lady Mother of the Church, Caherconlish [V94H7Y2] for Requiem Mass at 10.30am, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

A sincere thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff of the Mater Private Hospital Cork for their care and compassion of Bernie and to our wonderful extended family, friends and neighbours for their support at this difficult time.

The death has occurred of Noreen Sullivan (née Nugent)

Lawndale Drive, Dooradoyle, Limerick. Formerly of Lismore, Co. Waterford.

July 26th 2024 peacefully at Athlunkard Nursing Home.

Beloved wife of John L. Dearly loved mother of Claire, Fiona, Diane, Orla and John. Sadly missed by her loving sister Mary, sons-in-law Frank and Rob, daughter-in-law Michelle, her adored five grandchildren Calvin, Jamie, Ellie, Joey and Jack, brother-in-law Denis, sisters-in-law Mary-Etna and Eileen, nephews, nieces, extended family and a wide circle of friends.

May she Rest in Peace.

Reposing at Thompson’s Funeral Home on Sunday (28th July) from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral arriving at St. Paul’s Church, Dooradoyle on Monday (29th July) for Requiem Mass at 12 noon followed by burial in Castlemungret Cemetery.
