Limerick Deaths: Tuesday, June 11, 2024
The death has occurred of Kevin TRAVERS of Ballinamona, Askeaton, Limerick.
Kevin passed peacefully in Milford Hospice on Monday, June 10.
Predeceased by his brother P.J.
He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Kay, sons Gerard and Damien, their respective partners Elaine and Emer and his three Grandchildren Fiadh, Ava and Isaac. His brother Eamon and sister's Sana, Bernie, Geraldine, Collette, Pauline, Finola, and Colleen.
His brothers and sisters in law, Roseline, Karen, Cameron, Ian, Joseph, Paul, Jerry, Matthew, Joe, Ed, Marie and DJ, Linda, George and Esther. Nieces and nephews.
His neighbours, colleagues, and many friends.
May he Rest in Peace.
Reposing in St. John the Baptist Church, Kilcornan from 5pm to 7pm on Wednesday evening, June 12.
Requiem Mass on Thursday, June 13 at 12 noon in St. John the Baptist Church, Kilcornan followed by burial immediately afterwards in Kilcornan Cemetery.
Kevin's family deeply appreciated the kindness, loyalty, love and support at this difficult time. A special word of thanks to our wonderful family, neighbours, friends and the many wonderful doctors, nurses and staff that helped him through his illness.

The death has occurred of Thady (Timothy) WOULFE of Templeathea, Athea, Limerick, V94 X8C3.
Thady passed peacefully at home on June 11, surrounded by his loving family.
Thady is predeceased by his wife Penny, brothers Moss, Ned and Tom, sisters Mary and Kit. Very deeply regretted by his sons Jimmy, Teddy and Mossie, daughters Margaret and Liz, daughters-in-law Liz, Anna and Mary Anne, son-in-law Mike and Margaret’s partner Derek, grandchildren Shane, Conor, Ryan, Megan, Jamie Lee, Sophia, Dimitri, Lizzie and Penny, sisters Beth and Peg and a large circle of friends.
Rest In Peace.
Reposing at his residence (V94 X8C3) on Thursday, June 13 from 5pm to 8pm. Funeral cortège will arrive at St. Bartholomew’s Church, Athea, on Friday, June 14, for 3 pm. Requiem Mass. Requiem Mass will be live-streamed here.
Burial afterwards in Holy Cross Cemetery. House private please outside of funeral times. Family flowers only please.
