Of Doon, Kildare and Kiltegan, Wicklow
Lay missionary in Lodwar and Kitui dioceses, Kenya who died suddenly in Kenya on the May 25, 2023. Predeceased by his parents Valentine and Mary (Rathangan). Sadly missed by his sisters Dellie and Frances, brother Finbar, brothers-in-law Dan and Pat, nieces and nephews, cousins Dan, Bert and Peggy, Bishop Joseph Mwongela (Kitui), Bishop John Mbinda (Lodwar), the priests of St. Patrick’s Missionary Society, Kiltegan, his lay missionary colleagues, diocesan staff, his former students, and his wide circle of friends.
His burial will take place in Kenya on June 13. A memorial Mass will take place in St. Patrick’s, Kiltegan on Friday June 9 at 12noon.

On May 31, 2023, in the loving care of the Staff at Milford Hospice, Limerick and surrounded by her loving family. Joy, beloved wife of David, Castletroy and dear mother of the late Baby Aimee.
Sadly missed by her loving husband, mother Helen, father John, Grandmother Sadie, sisters Tina and Debbie and their partners John and Barry, father-in-law Tom, sister-in-law Triona, brother-in-law Peter, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, her beloved dogs Poppy and Daisy, extended family and many friends.
Joy will be lying in repose at Gabriel and O'Donovan's Funeral Home, Kinsale, on Friday evening from 7pm to 8pm.
Cremation service on Saturday at 12noon in the Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy which will be livestreamed on www.islandcrematorium.ie/services/.
