Limerick gardaí are currently investigating the burglary
A NUMBER of items were stolen from a business in Limerick city following a burglary last night.
Gardaí received a report of a burglary at Canteen cafe on Catherine Street last night around 11pm.
Paul Williams, owner of Canteen in Catherine Street, said the thieves stole an iPad till system and wireless speaker.
The local businessman explained: "They came in through a high, window, broke the glass and came in."

Mr Williams said the gardai were at the scene of the burglary last night when he arrived. "One of the tenants in the building above had rang them, so they were here when I arrived and the crime scene investigation unit came and they dusted the place."
It's also alleged that three perpetrators carried out the burglary.
Investigations are ongoing.
