Revenue officers seized 147 kg of herbal cannabis in Limerick
REVENUE officers seized 147 kg of herbal cannabis with an estimated value of approximately €2,940,000 in Limerick yesterday .
This seizure was made as a result of a joint intelligence-led operation, conducted by Revenue’s Customs Service, the Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau (GNDOCB) and Limerick Divisional Drugs Unit.
This seizure is part of Revenue’s ongoing joint investigations involving organised crime groups and the importation, sale and supply of illegal drugs.
