The Dodo Reddan mural at St John’s Pavilion, Limerick city
LIMERICK City and County Council is inviting property owners across Limerick to express their interest in making external, publicly visible walls available for future mural projects.
Building on the success of Limerick’s celebrated Street Art Trail and the international attention it has received, the council is seeking to expand the number of ‘Walls of Limerick’ available for creative use. Their aim is to support more largescale artworks that celebrate the city and county’s unique stories, heritage, communities, and upcoming cultural events.

Limerick Council are now looking for additional walls , large or small , that could become part of the next chapter of Limerick’s public art journey. Property owners, businesses, community groups, and organisations with suitable exterior walls that are visible from public areas are encouraged to get in touch.
This expression of interest phase will help the Council identify suitable locations and match them with upcoming mural and cultural projects throughout 2026.
