Mayor Moran said that he will work with West Limerick Resources about a wide range of projects in Abbeyfeale for 2026.
Mayoral Orders will also see the SMART housing progress. Mayor Moran thanked the housing directorate in Limerick City and County Council for their continued work on this project.
There has also been an agreement to draw down funds for upgrade works at Mungret Park soccer pitch.
"The release of this funding will allow upgrades to the grass pitch at the facility to make it more durable.
"It is intended that the works will assist local club Mungret FC in growing its membership, while alleviating pressure on the club's current resources by supplying an alternative pitch for training activities," the mayor said.
