ENERGIA All-Ireland League action returns this weekend after a brief break last weekend.

All seven Limerick-based sides return to action this weekend following a two-week respite period.

In Division 1A, Young Munster return to action with a trip to the capital to face Old Belvedere at Ollie Campbell Park on Saturday.

The 'Cookies' had a resounding 61-point win against UCD at Tom Clifford Park before the break with Ger Slattery's side running out 82-21 winners.

That result leaves Young Munster sitting fourth in the Division 1A table ahead of their trip to Ollie Campbel Park this weekend, kick-off is at 2.30pm.

In Division 1B, Garryowen also travel to the capital where they will face Old Wesley in Donnybrook.

Before the break, Garryowen recorded a comprehensive 48-29 win over the City of Armagh in Dooradoyle.

That result keeps Garryowen in sixth position in the 1B table, four points behind the City of Armagh in fifth position.

Garryowen will be looking to leap-frog their northern counterparts when they take on Old Wesley on Saturday at 2.30pm.

In Division 2A, Shannon travel north to face Ballymena at Eaton Park on Saturday.

The Limerick side recorded a 20-point win over Greystones before the break, a result that left them third in the 2A table, two points behind second place Dungannon.

Shannon have the chance to leap-frog Dungannon on Saturday, providing they win at Eaton Park, kick-off is at 2.30pm.

Also in Division 2A, Old Crescent travel west to face Galway Corinthians at Corinthian Park.

Old Crescent will be looking to build on their 26-22 victory over Banbridge before the break as they look to climb the 2A table.

The Limerick-based side sit in ninth position on 23 points, four points behind eight place Cashel as they gear up for the Galway challenge on Saturday at 2.30pm.

In Division 2B, UL Bohemian host Clogher Valley at the University of Limerick's South Campus at 1:30pm on Saturday.

'Bohs' will be looking to bounce back from their defeat before the break to Galwegians at Crowley Park.

That defeat left Bohemians sitting third in the 2B table, four points adrift of this weekend's opponents Clogher Valley in second place.

In Division 2C, both Thomond and Bruff are in action this weekend.

Thomond travel to Deramore Park to take on Belfast Harlequins on Saturday at 2.30pm.

Thomond will be looking to bounce back from their defeat to Clonmel before the break, a result that left Thomond in third position in 2C.

Bruff will be looking to build on their 32-31 win over Malahide last time out when they take on Dolphin at Virgin Media Park on Saturday at 2.30pm, Bruff currently sit fifth in the Division 2C table.
