The Courtenay Lodge Hotel has reportedly been sold for �600,000
THE Courtenay Lodge Hotel in Newcastle West has been sold.

THE Courtenay Lodge Hotel in Newcastle West has been sold.

The hotel closed last month with the loss of 30 jobs, and before this, it had been trading without a drinks licence, impacting on trade.

Feohanagh-born businessman Jim Long has bought the business for an estimated €600,000.
