Patrick Kielty receives devasting news just hours after Late Late Show
Patrick Kielty's mother, Mary Kielty, has sadly passed away aged in her 80s.
Mary, who has been described as a "loving mother and devoted grandmother", passed away peacefully at her home in Dundrum, County Down.
The news of Mary's death was confirmed mere hours after Friday night's episode of the Late Late Show.

Alongside Patrick, Mary has two other sons John and Cahal. Her husband and Patrick's father, John Kielty, was killed in 1988.
Despite her son's high profile as well as her daughter-in-law Cat Deeley's, Mary stayed back from the limelight and lived a very private life.
Mary's funeral is due to take place on Monday.
