The launch of 'Monaleen GAA Club - A History, 1957-2017' took place in the Monaleen GAA Clubhouse lastFriday night. Special guest on the night was renowned GAA commentator Micheal O'Muircheartaigh.
The beautifully produced book tells the history of Monaleen GAA Club from the humble beginnings of junior hurling in 1957 to the huge highs of 2016 when the club won both a county senior football title and gained promotion to senior ranks in hurling by winning the county premier intermediate title.
