WATCH: Ronan O'Mahony, Garryowen FC, on AIL win v UCC and his move into coaching

FORMER Munster Rugby winger Ronan O'Mahony is the backs and attack coach with Garryowen FC in the Energia All-Ireland League this season.

O'Mahony has enjoyed a smooth transition into club coaching ranks as Garryowen sit top of Division 1A of the League two bonus point wins from their opening two fixtures.

Leader Sport caught up with Limerick man O'Mahony in the wake of Garryowen's 32-20 success over UCC at Dooradoyle on Saturday to discuss the game and how he has found the switch from playing professional rugby with Munster to getting involved in coaching with an All-Ireland League side.
