WATCH: Limerick senior hurling star Cathal O'Neill hungry for success in 2026

Cathal O'Neill is looking forward to the 2026 season with the Limerick senior hurlers

"I'm looking forward to the two games after Christmas, they're going to come thick and fast. It's good to get test at this time of year and see where you are at," Limerick senior hurling star Cathal O'Neill told Leader Sport at the launch of the Munster senior hurling league. 

Limerick travel to Tulla GAA Club on Saturday January 3 at 2pm to take on Clare in the opening round of the Munster senior hurling league.

On January 7, John Kiely's side host Cork in the TUS Gaelic Grounds on Wednesday January 7 at 7:25pm which will be shown live on TG4. 

Ahead of the Munster senior hurling league, Cathal O'Neill caught up with Leader Sport.
