"We had a good league campaign, we got plenty of competitive games. We were taking it game by game, I suppose results didn't go our way. Every game we improved week in week out," said Oola senior footballer Ciaran Bourke.
Oola get their Limerick senior football championship campaign underway against Na Piarsaigh this evening in Caherconlish at 7pm. Kem Downey returns as manager of the east Limerick club.
Oola have been drawn in group one of the Limerick SFC with Na Piarsaigh, Rathkeale, Monaleen, Adare and Fr Casey's.
