LIMERICK manager John Kiely says that this Munster Championship has the potential to be the closest ever as his side prepare for their opening fixture with Waterford.
The Galbally man feels that everybody has bought into the round robin format since it was introduced and the quality continues to improve year on year.
Limerick have that game against Waterford before playing Clare at the TUS Gaelic Grounds six days later. There is then a break before they return to Thurles for a clash with Tipperary before finishing the Round Robin against Cork at home.
