"I suppose the scoreline probably didn't reflect the way the game went. I've asked the girls all year for three things attitude, application and work rate, they gave us that in spades today. We'll take plenty of learnings from today," said Limerick senior camogie manager Joe Quaid.
Limerick bowed out of the Munster Senior Camogie Championship after suffering a 4-13 to 0-10 quarter-final defeat to a fancied Tipperary side at FBD Semple Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
The Shannonsiders face Cork in the opening round of the All-Ireland Senior Camogie Championship on May 24.
