THE Limerick senior camogie side rounded off their programme of games in Division 1B of the Very National Camogie League with an impressive 4-15 to 1-6 victory over Westmeath at Adare on Saturday afternoon.
Limerick laid the foundation for their second league win of 2025 in the opening half after which Joe Quaid's wind-assisted side enjoyed a significant 2-10 to 0-2 advantage.
The Shannonsiders' maintained a significant advantage through the third quarter, despite playing into the elements, and Limerick powered further clear in the final 10 minutes with goals from Lizanna Boylan and Orlaith Kelliher.
Ciara Neenan and captain Caoimhe Costelloe had scored the first half goals for the home side.
