Music lovers can also enjoy candle-lit singalongs of Christmas classics, tributes to Coldplay and ABBA, and the return of Mic Drop Comedy Club on December 6.

Fossett’s Christmas Circus will be happening at the iconic Cleeves site from December 17 until January 4, promising acrobatics and festive magic. Limerick On Ice has also made a return to Arthur’s Quay Park, offering the perfect winter date or family outing.

The Irish Red Cross Light Up Limerick Run will see Santa leading a parade of illuminated vehicles through the city on December 14, adding sparkle to the festive streets.

LCCC is also supporting the Night-Time Economy Christmas Grant, backing events like the Treaty City Brewery Christmas Fair, Santa Bike Disco, Cool Yule jazz sessions, and the New Year’s Day Sober Rave, ensuring Limerick stays vibrant long after dark.

For those exploring the city, over 9,000 parking spaces, extensive cycle lanes, and more than 30 bus routes make getting around easy. Visitors can shop local in the city centre or discover charming towns like Adare and Newcastle West.
