After years of sold-out tours at home and abroad, the band brings their energetic performance and chart-topping hits back to Limerick
A MAJOR summer gig is set to take over King John’s Castle next year, bringing one of Ireland’s top live acts back to Limerick.
The Coronas will return to the famous castle stage for what promises to be one of the standout outdoor shows of the year.
The band are set to take over the iconic venue on Friday, May 29, 2026.

The band continues to shine on the biggest stages at home and abroad. Their last four albums have all debuted at No. 1 in the Irish charts, while their international following has surged with sold-out tours across the UK, North America and Australia.
With more than 15 years of headlining major Irish festivals and venues, The Coronas have built a reputation for unforgettable nights filled with soaring choruses, sing-along anthems and unbeatable good vibes.
Their annual Christmas run at The 3Olympia and their Electric Picnic performances remain as Irish fan favourites.
Speaking at the launch, Mick Dolan said: “The Coronas are an amazing live band, and we’re delighted to have them back at the Castle. Their shows here are always special - fans are in for an incredible night.”
Tickets are set to go on sale Friday, November 28 at 10am and are available from dolans.ie and ticketmaster.ie.
